Our story

A small clinic, a stubborn idea.

Clean Face started as a side project inside a Boca Raton dermatology practice. Patients kept asking the same question: what cleanser should I actually use? The answers we kept handing out were inconsistent — three doctors, three preferences, twenty-two cleansers on the shelf.

So we built a routine. One quiz, one box, one clinician signing their name to every recommendation. Today it ships across the country, but every formulation still passes through the same Boca Raton clinic that started it.

Is Clean Face actually approved by dermatologists?

Every routine recommendation is reviewed by a licensed, board-certified dermatologist on our clinical panel before it ships. We're based in a working Boca Raton dermatology practice — the same doctors who see patients in-clinic also sign off on subscription routines.

What's in the box?

Your cleanser, plus one supporting product matched to your skin profile (typically a toner, exfoliant, or barrier serum). First box also includes a quick-reference routine card.

How does the subscription work?

Choose a cadence at sign-up — monthly, every two months, or quarterly. Your card is charged the day your box ships. Pause, skip, swap, or cancel from your dashboard any time before the next billing date.

What if my skin changes?

Retake the skin quiz from your account dashboard any time. A dermatologist will review the new answers and adjust your next shipment — no extra cost, no waiting period.

Do you ship outside Florida?

Yes. Boxes ship from our Boca Raton fulfillment center to anywhere in the contiguous US. International and Hawaii / Alaska shipping is on the roadmap for next year.

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes — choose 'gift' at checkout. The recipient takes the skin quiz on their own time, and the routine is matched to them, not to you.
